Application:

● Used for polyethylene cross-linking to produce wire cable insulation and sheath materials. Because Silane cross-linked polyethylene has excellent electrical performance, good heat resistance and stress crack resistance, it is widely used in the manufacture of wires, insulation and sheath materials.

●Used for polyethylene cross-linking to produce heat-resistant pipes, hoses and films it can be used for the outer protective layer of anti-corrosion and heat preservation for petroleum long-distance pipelines, natural gas and gas pipelines. The matched anti-corrosion insulation heat-shrinkable sleeve material can be used for water supply pipes and hot water pipes of civil houses. FR171 also can be used for crosslinking agent for ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, and ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer.

● Used to impregnate glass fibers and inorganic silicon-containing fillers to improve the infiltration and adhesion of resin and glass fibers, thereby effectively improving the mechanical strength and electrical performance of glass fiber reinforced plastics and plastic laminates, especially wet mechanical strength and electrical performance. . It also significantly improves the weather resistance, water resistance, heat resistance , and prolongs the service life of the product.
