Vapor silica is one of the most important high-tech ultra-fine inorganic new materials. It is porous, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free. The average primary particle size is about 7-40 nm, the specific surface area is 50-380m2/g, the product purity is high, and the content of SiO2 is not less than 99.8%. It is a multifunctional additive.

Vapor silica is a kind of ultra-fine powder material obtained by the hydrolysis and condensation of halosilane in the oxyhydrogen flame at high temperature (Figure 1 is the schematic diagram of the synthesis principle of fumed silica). Due to its unique preparation process, it has different structure and unique performance from other silicon dioxide products.
